Terms and Conditions
*Conditions: The incentive is valid for new bookings between 4 December 2011 to 31 July 2012 for events commencing between 1st March 2012 to 30th June 2013. The room revenue tiers will be calculated using the nett room rate. Prizes are non transferable or redeemable for cash and cannot be used to reduce any component of the event price. The prize is to be taken by an employee of the PCO or organisation contracting the event with Voyages and can be redeemed for travel once final event payment has been received by Voyages. Flights and accommodation are subject to booking class and availability.
